Café by day. Cocktail bar by night.
We serve Franco-European accented food and drinks from breakfast until 4pm, when we switch into evening cocktail mode, serving classic cocktails and bar snacks.
About Us
Baudry Greene is a café by day and a cocktail bar by night.
Our head chef Kate O’Sullivan, previously of the Noble Rot parish, is in from dawn creating beautiful breads, cakes and desserts, while our head bartender, Manfredi Pantina, late of Bar Termini, takes over the bar at 4pm recreating classic cocktails.
Book in for one of our house-baked breakfast rolls and a coffee at breakfast time, London’s best coronation chicken sandwich and cold beer at lunchtime, a cognac and a madeleine before bedtime, and all manner of very fine things between times. It’s never a bad idea to book a table from 4.30pm when the cocktail team kicks into gear.
Our sister fish restaurant, Parsons, was named in tribute to our founders Will Palmer and Ian Campbell's mothers, both of whose maiden names were, remarkably, Parsons. Baudry Greene continues the tradition and is named after Will and Ian's wives' respective maiden names.
We very much look forward to welcoming you.

“Baudry Greene is a bar that’s sort of a cocktail joint, sort of mittel-European café, and I find myself quietly, deeply in love with it.
I think this is how I want to eat now. It’s a funny little place, but it genuinely feels like it ought to have a Grand Hotel attached to it. If I walked out of the back door of Baudry Greene and found myself in the lobby of the Cipriani or the Sacher, I wouldn’t be remotely surprised.”
